How to use toothpaste:

Rinse two times a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. After brushing, take approximately 15 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a glass. Rinse for one minute, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all corners of your mouth, then spit it out. Do not swallow the mouthwash.
