At KINSTORE.AE, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Shipping Areas
- We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Other regions may be added in the future.
2. Delivery Charges
- AED 20.00 – for orders below AED 50
- AED 15.00 – for orders between AED 50 and AED 69
- AED 5.00 – for orders between AED 70 and AED 79
- Free Delivery – for orders AED 80 and above
3. Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 12–24 hours for most locations in the UAE.
- Sunday is a non-delivery day.
4. Return Shipping
- Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
5. Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email (or SMS) with tracking information.
6. Address Policies
- Please ensure your address details are correct and complete.
- KINSTORE.AE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
7. Customs / Duties
- For UAE deliveries, no customs duties apply.
- If we ship outside the UAE in the future, customs or duties may apply; these will be the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging.
- For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider and update you accordingly.
